XP Hardware wizard error when installing BlueTooth dongle.
  Question
  Problem:
When I plug in the Kensington BlueTooth adapter I receive an error "Cannot install this Hardware...The required section was not found in the INF."

Cause:
This is caused by the operating system's inability to swap out the generic USB driver for the MSI(WIDCOMM) driver.
  Answer
To resolve this issue, the Microsoft driver must be manually updated to the MSI(WIDCOMM) driver using the Bluetooth install CD.

Step 1: If you have not installed or completed the installation of the Bluetooth software please do so now and leave the CD in your CD-Rom during the fix

Step 2: Insert the bluetooth adapter after the installation has finished

Step 3: Try solution #1, if you cannot find the driver then use solution #2

Solution #1: Swap the drivers using the Device Manager.
a. Right-click on your "My Computer" icon and click properties
b. Click on the Hardware tab
c. Click on the Device Manager button
d. Right-click on any entry and select "Scan for hardware changes"
e. Expand "Universal Serial Bus controllers" by click on the '+' symbol
f. Find the entry under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" that says USB Device, it should have a YELLOW EXCLAMATION next to it.
g. If you cannot find the entry, skip the rest of these steps under solution #1 and follow solution #2, otherwise continue on
h. Right click on the "USB Device" and select "update driver", you will see "Welcome to the hardware update wizard" window
i. Select "Install from a list or specific location (advanced)" and click next
j. Select "Don't search. I will choose the driver to install" and click next
k. Select "MSI USB Bluetooth device" in the list and click next
l. You should now see a file transfer progress
m. Click on Finish
n. The device manager should no longer have the exclamation point next to the driver
o. Your adapter is now installed, you can right-click on the bluetooth icon in your system tray to access your configuration options.

Solution #2: Swap the drivers using the Hardware Wizard.
a. Click on START -> CONTROL PANEL or START -> SETTINGS -> CONTROL PANEL
b. Double click on 'add hardware'
c. At the "Is the hardware connected?" window select yes
d. In the Installed hardware list select "USB DEVICE" and click next
e. At the "Completing the Add Hardware Wizard" window select finish
f. It should bring you to the "Welcome to the Hardware Update Wizard" window
g. Select "Install from a list or specific location (advanced)" and click next
h. Select "Don't search. I will choose the driver to install" and click next
i. Select "MSI USB Bluetooth device" in the list and click next
